This PC game came out in the fall of 2004, and I looked at it then and thought, "eh, looks bad and cheesy and has vampires in it which are kind of gay (I'm thinking of you Tom Cruise)". I have to count myself dead wrong on that one. The game is quite fantastic. A RPG with action elements. The RPG part of the game is fantastic, the action part, not so much, but overall a very compelling and fun game. Metacritic gives it a 80%, I would give it a 90%, as it has some flaws like poor combat, and lack luster visuals at times.

Some personal highlights from the game:

You can end almost any dialog with a NPC with a variation of "Fuck off, I don't need you"

There is a level set in a crack house filled with zombies

You can sell human blood to a naive kid as unicorn blood

All matter of adult content, most games are for kids for financial reasons, nice to see one that isn't.

When you vampire punch someone they go flying across the room.

And a bunch of very dark humor and excellent writing.

If you don't already have this one, go buy it off of Steam (20 bucks).
